At Cogenic we know that every organisation is different and that problems are specific to a particular situation and group of people. That's why we don't offer "off the shelf" solutions or methods. We are a team of practitioners who combine the accademic training, ressearch and practical experience to know not only what works, but even more importantly, where to start, in untangling complex problems.

We have training in AIM methods as well as psychometric and leadership evaluation training. Our clients tell us that they like the way we approach problems and they like out coaching, supportive style.

One major public sector organisation described working with us as "inspiring" and although we can't claim such high praise in every case, we specialize in showing managers and directors how to implement methods which seem clear in the classroom but much more difficult in practice.

We are also able to use Busines Analysis and team building to increase effectiveness and coherrence in teams as well as to improve process efficiency. This is because we use systems thinking to look at the interaction of people, technology and processes end to end.
