Kevin Parry, Managing Director
Cogenic founder Kevin Parry is an acknowledged industry expert in programme management, transformation design and change. He trained as a Project Manager, Programme Director and Change Leader in BT plc, where he led a range of major investment projects and programmes. His work has included joint venture creation in Germany, India, France and Ireland, sale of businesses in France and the UK as well as major strategic change as part of the 21st Century Network Programme in BT.
Kevin has post-graduate education in Strategy, Finance and Change Leadership from Oxford University, Ashridge Business School and Henley Management College. He holds a Diploma in Management from Leicester University and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. He is a Fellow of the IoD and a member of the regional committee of the Association for Project Management.
Kevin is a frequent writer and conference speaker on managing change.
Ian Sturgess, Consultant
Ian has both public and private sector experience in project and programme management; business analysis; change management; team building; training and coaching. He holds an honours degree in engineering, is an MSP Practitioner and has led a leadership programme in the prestigious Greensborough Centre in the US.
Ian's experience includes West Midlands Police, The Home Office, Energis (now part of Virgin Communications) and the Ministry of Defence. He is an experienced, trainer, delivery manager and advisor with strong team selection and communications skills.
Dr. Adam Humphrey, Consultant
Adam is a programme manager with 20 years consulting experience. He takes a business objectives-led approach to managing major change programmes spanning information technology, process analysis/redesign, organisation and new capabilities. He has worked at board/director level in both commercial and public sector organisations as a hands-on manager, supporting the senior management team and as an independent reviewer/adviser and is an expert on programme design and portfolio management.
Shrutina Bhavarga, Consultant
Shrutina holds an Honours Degrees in Mathematics, a Masters Degree in Operations Research and a Masters in Business Administration from Ashridge Business School. Shrutina has extensive experience as a change manger and process designer as well as being a coach to senior management in leading change.
Her experience includes process manufacturing, public sector work, professional services consultancy and project management. Her systems approach to change is particularly effective in stakeholder management and complex transformation programmes where the people issues are paramount.
Clifford O'Leary, Interim Manager
Clifford is a Cogenic Interim Manager with more than 10 year's project and programme management experience and is both PRINCE2 and an MSP practitioner. He has extensive business transformation and government experience, gained in both the UK and oversees and has managed a wide range of change management initiatives. Clifford is experienced in business process re-engineering, systems analysis and consulting in major programme management.
Richard Waller, Interim Programme Manager
Richard has worked as a Programme Manager at the London Borough of Lambeth and Senior Change Manager at Barclaycard. He was initially trained at EDS and holds ARIS process modeling certification to Specialist Level. He is an MSP Practitioner, is ChangeFirst trained as a change manager and is also a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Richard is a strong technology programme leader and has extensive skills in the development of IT and the application of integrated communications technology, such as Call Centre infrastructure. He is also able to lead portfolios of projects or large investment projects.
Brian Wernham, Programme Manager
Brian is a senior Programme Manager with a track record of successful delivery of large change programmes. He has 25 years experience in both the private and public sectors and specializes in the leadership of IT enabled operational change. He has extensive stakeholder communications experience as well as supplier management experience - both technical and contractual.
Brian is action oriented, working typically with long assignments in positions of responsibility for delivery from strategy planning to implementation. He has managed programme recovery as demonstrated by OGC Gateway status improvements.
